Aerobic Exercise and High Blood Pressure

Aerobic exercise, such as taking a long walk, is the best way to quickly lower blood pressure and also deep breathing like slow deep breathing has shown to lower BP. But drinking more water like 3 tall glasses 3 times a day is one of the fastest ways to lower blood pressure.

Power Foods That Can Help
Some foods, like dark chocolate, garlic, water and apple cider vinegar, and other "power" foods can lower high BP.

Dark chocolate is delicious and can easily be added to most diets, and you will be more likely to remember to have a treat if it taste good, garlic is one of the natural foods.

However garlic in a supplement form because of the amount of garlic that would help with hypertension, you would need about 2 to 4 cloves a day and you need a supplement that has some odor control in it.
